Conducted user research among HvA teacher-researchers (TRs) to understand their challenges, needs, expectations, and problems.
Conducted contextual interviews with 10 different TRs to evaluate our findings.
Created three conversational models to understand the problem from the HvA Human Resources perspective.
Led a focus group session with 7 TRs to explore their individual and collective motivations and pain points, which contributed to the creation of empathy and affinity maps.
Visualized insights in various diagrams, including an Affinity Diagram, Stakeholder Map, Personas, and Empathy Map.
Collaborated with another HvA initiative, CTL, on research related to TRs’ challenges.
Developed a physical prototype and tested it in three different scenarios with TRs during two co-creation sessions to iteratively refine and finalize the product.
Worked closely with a product owner, three stakeholders, and 10 teacher-researchers to establish a well-defined product, improving quality outcomes.
Created a manual and guidelines for using the product.
